Returns Policy
At OneClick Renewables, we are committed to providing high-quality renewable energy products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the policy outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at hello@oneclickrenewables.com with your order details and reason for return.
Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions. Items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where OneClick Renewables made an error with the order.
4. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items.
If you need to exchange an item for a different model, please follow the return process and place a new order.
5. Warranty Claims
Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your product is defective beyond the return period, please check the warranty terms and contact the manufacturer directly.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Promotional items.
- Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
